Lita Barnett-Luvera has traveled to Cuba with Senator Cantwell and a group of Women leaders through the U of W Center For Women and Democracy. On this mission 41 women met with Cuban women and Fidel Castro. The goal of the mission was to give women ideas and support to help them become more democratic.
